The PRM reports to the Accountable Executive. The PRM assumes the responsibilities of all maintenance functions of aircraft completed through the Aircraft Maintenance Organization. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
● Supervise the maintenance, repair, modification, overhaul and alteration of aircraft and aeronautical products;● Act as liaison between the Organization and Transport Canada regarding maintenance and related subjects;
● Providing the organization with direction, policy respecting aircraft maintenance, parts, materials and support equipment;
● Formulating and approving policies and procedures that will ensure proper management and efficient operation within the maintenance department;
● Ensuring that organization personnel comply with the procedures contained in this MPM;
● Ensuring that corrective action is carried out to rectify any deficiencies identified by the quality assurance program and;
● Responsible for operation of the Safety Management System, the Accountable Executive.

The Quality Assurance Manager is responsible for the quality and regulatory compliance of work performed by Dairy Air. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
● Establishing and maintaining a quality program;
● Ensuring that internal audits are carried out on this AMO and any external agency providing services to the organization;
● Retention of records associated to the quality program and,
● Communicating all findings and results from the quality program to the PRM.
● Monitoring aircraft inspections, repair and modification processes including quality of shop and/or work performed by external agencies.

Item description

The Stores/Tools Manager is responsible to the PRM, and the Quality Assurance Manager. Duties are to ensure the compliance with regulations in regards to parts involved with maintenance of aircraft. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
● Ensuring precision instruments are calibrated as per the manufacturer and returned to stores
● Maintaining a proper inventory of precision tools
● Ensuring that all aeronautical products and materials issued are properly identified, that includes new part, used parts and parts removed from aircraft
● To ensure compliance with the Stores Section of this manual
● To report defects to aeronautical products being received that may require Service Difficulty Report action to the Quality Manager for further action and
● Monitoring P-20 list to ensure ordered parts are installed on aircraft

The Safety Manager is responsible to the Accountable Executive. The Safety Manager is responsible for maintaining the Safety Management System and ensuring ALL company actions are completed in a safe manner as per the SMS manual. This person’s duties include but are not limited to:
● Ensure the company complies with the regulatory requirements in regards to Safety Management System;
● Inform the Accountable Executive of required changes to the Safety Management System;
● Responsible for keeping records on and updating safety procedures;
● Monitoring safety related events, in house and external, for trends and identifying required training and notifying the Training Manager;
● Manage the portion of the quality assurance program that relates to the Safety Management System.

The Production Manager reports to the PRM. The Production Manager is responsible for scheduling the work coming into the Aircraft Maintenance Organization and ensuring it is completed in a timely manner. This person’s duties include but are not limited to:
● Assigning production tasks, identifying problem areas and ensuring the completion of the maintenance performed;
● Ensuring that maintenance personnel are competent regarding maintenance methods to be employed in the performance of work;
● Ensuring that inspection and maintenance packages are complete with respect to the work contracted to the organization, and;
● Ensuring that the work performed and certifications have been entered in the aircraft maintenance record prior to the aircraft’s return to service and;
● Planning the order to which P-20 work will be completed and communicating with Instructors as to which ones will be completed first in the best interest of training.

Reporting to the Production Manager, the Assistant Production Manager is to aid the Production Manager in completing their duties as stated above. This person’s duties include but are not limited to:
● Assist the Production Manager in completing his/her duties and;
● Assume the responsibilities of Production Manager in the event the SMS Manager is not present.

Reporting to the PRM, the Clean-up Manager is responsible for ensuring hangar cleanliness. This person’s duties include but are not limited to:
● Ensuring the condition and cleanliness of the work place daily and weekly;
● Ensuring equipment is maintained such as aircraft towing tractor, hydraulic power carts and ground power units.

Reporting to the Clean-up Manager, and the PRM, the Assistant Clean-up Manager is responsible for aiding the Clean-Up Manager in ensuring hangar cleanliness. This person’s duties include but are not limited to:
● Aiding to ensuring the condition and cleanliness of the workplace daily and weekly;
● Aiding to ensure equipment is maintained such as aircraft towing tractor, hydraulic power carts and ground power units.

Reporting to the PRM, the Training Manager is responsible for training personnel and maintaining the company training records. This person’s duties include but are not limited to:
● Establishing a maintenance personnel training program
● Ensuring this manual and technical reference publications are up to date and amended in a timely manner
● Issuing certifying authority to personnel qualified to perform certification
● Issue maintenance personnel, qualified to perform aircraft certification, certifying authority

Responsible to the PRM, the Records Manager is responsible for ensuring their aircraft records are kept up to date. This person’s duties include but are not limited to:
● Ensuring that current technical publications are available to, and used by maintenance personnel performing work on aircraft and components (contracted to NLC);
● Ensuring records are controlled, distributed and preserved of records relating to the maintenance functions carried out by the organization;
● Maintaining a record of maintenance personnel for training, ratings and qualifications;
● Ensuring that Service Difficulty Reports are submitted to Transport Canada within the required time constraints and that a filing and follow-up program is established;
● Ensuring AMO paperwork is available (Work Orders, Snag Sheets, Log Books)

Reporting to the PRM, the Ground Handling Manager is responsible for ensuring aircraft movements inside of the hangar are done in a manner that will prevent harm to persons or aircraft. This person’s duties include but are not limited to:
● Ensuring enough personnel are available to move the aircraft safely.
● Ensuring personnel operating the tug have proper training on the unit.
● Ensuring personnel operating the tug are doing so in a safe manner.
● Ensuring aircraft are stored correctly.
